Candi Mazol  (Cream – Solution)
Broad Spectrum Antifungal

COMPOSITION:
Each 100g Candi Mazol contains 1g clotrimazole.

INDICATIONS:
Candi Mazol is a broad spectrum antifungal. It exhibits activity against trichomonas.
Candi Mazol is recommended for the treatment of:

• Skin infections (hair & nails) due to dermatophytes (i. e. trichophyton species) and paronychia.
• Infections with candida albicans.
• Pityriasis versicolor and tinea.
• Fungal napkin rash, intertrigo.
• Candidal vaginal and candidal balanitis.
• Athlete’s foot.

USAGE:
Candi Mazol should be applied to the affected area, 2-3 times daily, and rubbed-in gently.
Treatment should be continued for at least one month for dermatophyte infections, or for at least two weeks for candida, or 3 weeks for pityriasis versicolor infections, or 6 month for treatment of hand nails, or 1 year for treatment of feet nails, But, in all cases the treatment should continue for about 2 weeks after recovery.
In athlete’s foot:
They should be thoroughly washed and dried, especially between the toes, before applying Candi Mazol.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Rarely patients may experience local mild burning or irritation immediately after applying Candi Mazol.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to clotrimazole.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Candi Mazol can be used safely with corticosteroids and / or antibiotics.

USE IN PREGNANCY:
Candi-Mazol can be used in pregnancy.

TOLERANCE:
Candi Mazol is well tolerated and can be used for a long time.

Carton pack contains aluminum tube of 30g cream or polyethylene bottle of 30ml solution, with leaflet.
